The Hobart Community Foundation Grants

The Hobart Community Foundation gives grants to not-for-profit organizations that serve Hobart twice a year, in the spring and the fall.  Typically the organization has given away over $10,000 a year.

To apply for a grant, complete the grant application and turn it in to the Hobart Community Foundation office in the Chanber of Commerce building.
